1. Rooms are where you sleep and bathe and are not a place to spend a vacation in, the beds are big and comfortable, baths are huge, relaxing and comfortable.

3. It turned out that the room simply didn't have a bath mat or any hangers, and this is why I wasn't allowed to check in when I initially arrived.
