1. We check in and while there if free street parking right out front we are told we need to valet (I should not have to fight to park in free street parking which is where they park the cars anyway) .

2. If the valets are not working when we come and go, and we have to park it ourselves by finding a spot on the street somewhere, then they should not charge us.
