1. We organized several events in the hotel throughout the weekend, including wedding day lunches, afterparties, and departing brunch, and everything was impeccable.

4. 40 minutes later, with our drinks gone, no food and no one stopping back to the table to see how we were, I managed to flag down a waitress and inquired as to the status of lunch and was told that they (wait staff) weren't allowed in the kitchen so she didn't know how long it would take for lunch to arrive .
