Again, the
front desk
clerk was very nice and sent the bellhop(?) up with a few different keys to different rooms.

Still, the
front desk
clerk was very friendly and also suggested that I grab a burger at the restaurant upstairs (which I did, and which I very much enjoyed).

Special shout out to Michelle on the night shift at the
front desk
, who was superlatively helpful and cheerful when she helped make the reservation, and once again during our stay, when she brought toothpaste up to our room at 11:30 pm.

Service at the
front desk
, restaurant and lounge is friendly and efficient but expect the weekends to have minimal staffing (probably because government doesn't work on weekends).

The bathroom was absurdly large - it was missing soap and toilet paper but a quick stop at the
front desk
solved that.

After five minutes of searching to prove I did use valet she says 'oh, you are right you didn't valet' and follows it up with 'bye bye now' Summary for the hotel - seriously clean your hotel and tell your
front desk
chick to get off her mac book and in touch with quality customer service.

My only negative comment would be that the young man at the
front desk
in the morning had no concept of geography and could not provide us with directions when we called.

Rather than get another person to help this guest or to ask this guest to wait a few minutes while she completed my check in, the
front desk
person left me, and assisted that guest - which took about 10 minutes.
"Nice room, but the rest needs major improvement - not worth the money "
