2. Staff - The front desk were pleasant upon arrival, we did not have much interaction with them as we are very self sufficient, but the one request we did make was for a cup of hot water for medication, which arrived promptly to our room free of charge.

3. The lobby is stunning and the staff were very helpful and accommodating on arrival, even upgrading our double bed to a queen size free of charge on finding out it was my girlfriends Birthday during our stay.

4. I confirm that my statement says it is them and that I feel even more worried that they do not know what the charge is or why I was charged it.
