3. The rooms are a decent size and decorated quite well, bathroom was clean with a good shower but a small bath even for someone who's 5'2.

After check-in we were shown our room (10the Floor), This sadly to say was not acceptable: The door would hardly lock, The pressure of thee shower was rubbish, thee plug in thee bathe did not work and thee sink surface would collapse at thee slightest bit a pressure (due to thee leg being cut short).

9. Our room was very clean and quiet, lovely crisp white bedding and the bathroom was perfect we didn't expect to have a bath and a shower which was definitely a bonus.
