3. Ready for a quick shower, there were ABSOLUTELY NO BATH TOWELS, just 4 wash cloths and two face towels.

4. To receive the 4 bath towels, I was told to walk full across the hotel grounds back to the front desk to receive them from the clerk with absolutely no apologies.
