5. Now being upset by being deceived and lied to, I said, 'You know, maybe you guys shouldn't advertise that you offer a complimentary airport shuttle service for the hotel guests whether upon availability or not, if you guys don't truly have one to begin with'.

6. 2 minor issues, thin walls (heard music or tv from next room) and one of the elevators was out of service.

9. When given this new information, she stood stunned and puzzled for a while, and with a firm and stern managerial voice stated that the Ramada Limited -Metairie did not have an airport shuttle service available.

10. After calling the Ramada via personal cell phone, the front desk informed us that the shuttle was currently unavailable, and to use the taxi service located right outside the luggage claim doors.
