8. To receive the 4 bath towels, I was told to walk full across the hotel grounds back to the front desk to receive them from the clerk with absolutely no apologies.

9. Inquiring with the front desk clerk just after breakfast (9:30am) on scheduling a ride on the complimentary airport shuttle upon our 12:00pm hotel checkout, she stated to report to the front desk 15-30 minutes prior to check out to see if the airport shuttle would be readily available.

10. After calling the Ramada via personal cell phone, the front desk informed us that the shuttle was currently unavailable, and to use the taxi service located right outside the luggage claim doors.
