They did not apologize; furthermore one of them asked me to take the cockroach outside ( I told her it was their cockroach and thus I am going to leave it on the

clerk just after breakfast (9:30am) on scheduling a ride on the complimentary airport shuttle upon our 12:00pm hotel checkout, she stated to report to the
front desk
15-30 minutes prior to check out to see if the airport shuttle would be readily available.

After calling the Ramada via personal cell phone, the
front desk
informed us that the shuttle was currently unavailable, and to use the taxi service located right outside the luggage claim doors.
