8. To start, after arriving at the New Orleans Airport (MSY), don't bother trying to contact The Ramada Limited-Metairie (press#02) for their advertised 'Complimentary Airport Shuttle Service' using the Direct Phone Contact Board at the arrival's luggage claim area.

9. After calling the Ramada via personal cell phone, the front desk informed us that the shuttle was currently unavailable, and to use the taxi service located right outside the luggage claim doors.
