2. Inquiring with the front desk clerk just after breakfast (9:30am) on scheduling a ride on the complimentary airport shuttle upon our 12:00pm hotel checkout, she stated to report to the front desk 15-30 minutes prior to check out to see if the airport shuttle would be readily available.
