4. The carpets were vacuumed very sloppily all through the suite, there were parts of dirt and whatever the guests before us left on the floors and the housekeeping never touched it.

6. Anyway, after some discussion, Housekeeping showed-up and gave us new towels, coffee, etc. They also left a little present on the floor of the bathroom that was not there when we left (looked like a piece of chewed bubble gum) as well as in the bathroom sink (essentially the top of the drain).

7. Then went down to frontdesk and was told that housekeeping was only done on request (?).
