6. Upon check out we asked the shuttle driver if he could take us to Hertz a few blocks away, which he kindly did.

7. As a kind of confirmation of what is said above, the check out was again very poor (no answer when we said 'Good Morning', nor 'Please' nor 'Thank You'!), with a wrong billing of 2 parking fees (16$/night), adjusted on request without any kind of apology.
