1. We had one altercation when our room did not get cleaned during one day, but the management gave us a good bit off of our bill and had housekeeping clean as quick and efficient as they could.

3. So not only did the restaurant try to overcharge me initially, and then I had to go back and forth to prove that the restaurant was charging more than the advertised price, but then someone went to the trouble of getting the hotel to administer a bill for $1 for a service fee.

5. Normally, you should put a tip jar or a tip plate on the side of the counter, but this guy placed the two $1 bills right smack in the middle of the front counter.

6. BIG CON: At breakfast time, the guy cooking the omelets put two $1 bills on the counter so guest would assume that a tip was necessary.

10. As a kind of confirmation of what is said above, the check out was again very poor (no answer when we said 'Good Morning', nor 'Please' nor 'Thank You'!), with a wrong billing of 2 parking fees (16$/night), adjusted on request without any kind of apology.
