ed for 7 days because that was policy even though it was the hotels screwup.

Once we returned home we were still not getting our
refund
on our card and we had to call the hotel again.

I said, 'no thanks, can you just
refund
the room charge?' He said he couldn't but that the hotel would be glad to give me 3,000 Starwood points instead.
