4. Their web site says they've just finished a major renovation and it looks it, rooms were clean, bathrooms fresh with nice LCD TV's.

I booked the hotel on Priceline ('name your own price') and was NOT treated like a Priceline customer - often hotels will give the worst rooms to Priceline customers but other than an (unnecessary?) mark on my key envelope 'PLINE' I was given a very nice quiet room which was very clean and comfortable, excellent beds and quiet with a nice bathroom.

7. You could tell it had been refurbished, but not everything had been fixed (ie a large patch of paint peeling in the bathroom), but other than that, relatively fresh looking.
