3. When we got to our room, the towels in the bathroom were wet (possibly due to the humidity in the room) but we had to call to get fresh towels.

4. The room was more like an apartment, i felt like i was staying in the height of luxury, the memory foam bed i wanted to take back home with me, the towels were thick and fluffy and the jucczzi tub was the icing on the cake.

5. and discovered we were given 2 King Suites instead of 2 Double Queen Suites, which gave us 2 king and 2 full pull out beds for 10 people*front desk would not give us extra blankets, towels, or pillows, so we couldnt even make beds on the floor for the kids.

6. *my son was so uncomfortable trying to sleep in the pull out bed with his grandma and sister, he ended up sleeping sitting up in a chair covered in towels.
