4. i like knowing the hotel can get 'dirty' lolthe only complaint that we had was there wasn't free wifi in the room, you had to go to the business center in order to use it, which wasn't that big of a deal, but it wasn't that convenient.

5. Instead of resting, we had to deal with this rude, uncaring front office manager for a good 30-45 minutes, and then try finding accomodation -- which was unsuccessful given the time of day and how reservations work.
