6. *they gave away our pre-paid rooms & told us there was nothing they could do to help us*after an hour of complaining to the Hilton Customer Service line and attempting to find rooms at another hotel, we were sent to a Comfort Inn with the promise of a full refund & the first night complimentary*the directions the night manager at the Doubletree gave us were awful, and we ended up lost trying to find the Comfort Inn we were sent to*night manager called us back 20 minutes after we left and said he had cancellations and now had rooms for us at the Doubletree and would no longer be giving me a refund or discount regardless of the hassle we had been through at that point*we turned around, got checked in.
