7. The negative:The furniture had stains, carpet had one stain that appeared to be blood, the base trim in the bathroom was falling apart, room service never cleaned the tub during our stay, the balcony looking over the inside atrium was not appealing in any way.

8. Also, we did not have a spare roll of toilet paper so when we had to call to the front desk to get another roll of toilet paper - we were told that the room with the toilet paper was locked and that the bathroom was also locked - so no toilet paper was available.

10. Once we got the room locations straight and checked in, we walked into, light bulbs being burned out or missing, torn and tattered furniture, sticky carpet, dirty counters, broken bathroom door(so you couldn't close it completely), etc, etc, etc..
