1. *they gave away our pre-paid rooms & told us there was nothing they could do to help us*after an hour of complaining to the Hilton Customer Service line and attempting to find rooms at another hotel, we were sent to a Comfort Inn with the promise of a full refund & the first night complimentary*the directions the night manager at the Doubletree gave us were awful, and we ended up lost trying to find the Comfort Inn we were sent to*night manager called us back 20 minutes after we left and said he had cancellations and now had rooms for us at the Doubletree and would no longer be giving me a refund or discount regardless of the hassle we had been through at that point*we turned around, got checked in.

2. My wife spoke with the manager after we were on the road and had it insinuated that we brought this bug larvae ourselves, or that this was simply a linen bug and not a big deal.

4. The late night manager that I had talked to about the room charges at 2AM had actually told me that we would need to pay for two nights internet.

6. Instead of resting, we had to deal with this rude, uncaring front office manager for a good 30-45 minutes, and then try finding accomodation -- which was unsuccessful given the time of day and how reservations work.

8. *after complaining to the General Manager first thing the next morning, it took till after 2 PM to receive a response, leaving us only a few hours to try to go to the Atlanta attractions we had planned on seeing, most of which closed at 5 PM.
