The wallpaper and carpet were obviously from the old Renaissance version of the hotel, but that was not a problem for us at all since we got such a good
deal

The woman working at the front desk even generously upgraded our room to the concierge level at no charge (surprising since we booked it through priceline and already got a great
deal
).

deal

Had purchased package
deal
with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne, half way through the meal asked for it to be delivered and stated we had changed rooms and provided the clerk with the correct room number.

But she was friendly, courteous, and efficient; check in took about 1 minute and I was given a room away from the noise, even though I had prepaid with an airline/hotel combination
deal
I found on the Internet.
