1. That said, the room was clean and the room service was neat and prompt, the soap, bath gel, conditioner, etc. was refilled everyday, and the bath towels were big and plush.

2. The towel quality was poor and thin, but that was made up for by a great collection of bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc. Breakfast was included in my room rate, as in most European properties, and it was an ample buffet including juice and coffee.
