1. Some of the things that impressed me: housekeeping putting the dishes I left in the sink one morning through the dishwasher; free laundry on each floor, 2 computers and free paper/printing access in the business center; polite staff.

2. If you expect the front desk staff to remember to swipe your credit card when you check in (to spare you the multitude of phone calls when they realize they forgot and blame you for not giving it to them when they never asked) or for the housekeeping staff to bring you towels when you ask for them, this is not a place for you to stay.

6. I used to love Cresthill Suites, but this time the housekeeping was poor, the beds were hard and they no longer offered a welcome basket with snacks and drinks, which I always looked forward to.
