1. the lobby of the hotel is historic and tasteful and the valet/bellmen were very helpful and willing to assist at all times.

7. What I dislike of the hotel is that they put an extra charge for parking service ($28/day actually quite a cheap rate for parking + valet without limitation of going in/out).

10. front desk wasnt very helpful from checkin-just handing us the keys and not saying anything else to not telling the valet to bring the car around because she was busy gossiping with a housekeeper.
