1. this is a local old but very quaint hotel located on basically across the street from the new DC convention center.

3. I was on the 5th floor and there was no noise aside from what you have to expect in a city: a bit of honking and sirens on the streets, but nothing out of the ordinary.

6. My only complaint is the construction across the street-- it was a bit disruptive in the morning, but it's obviously not the hotel's fault, and they provide earplugs (though I can't imagine sleeping in them!).
