The service was good and the food was 100%, only one problem the hotel had not given us the correct vouchers for each day and this caused a problem with the foreign resteraunt manager(guess the resteraunt is run seperate from the hotel) the manager would get into a bit of a strop over this each morning, this was the only thing that spoilt our stay.

5. The manager never asked Ikea to step out behind the curtain to confirm she checked us in while continuing to inform us about the investigation and unwilling to assure us the hotel was equip with security cameras.

6. This manager was also very stiff displaying a flat affect the enitre time we spoke with her; as I type this review we still have not heard the results of the 'investigation.

7. After speaking to a female manager on duty, we were informed an 'investigation' would occur the following day however in the mean time we were responsible for paying the additional $100.

8. We thoroughly enjoyed speaking with the restaurant and bar manager Francesco, I believe was his name, we had a nice conversation about sports.

9. I called the hotel to report this, but it was 5:30 in the morning and I didn't get any kind of response but, 'I'll tell the Manager.

10. When I straightened it out after many phone calls (with nobody ever contacting me in reply, including messages for the General Manager), they issued a credit -- and then charged it AGAIN two days later.
