2. Our bathtub backed up after each shower; we called the front desk and they cleaned up the drain, but that did not stop the slow flow -- so during a 5 minute shower expect to stand in ankle deep soap water.

8. It literally took days to fix and though one lady at the front desk was very passive and nice, I was finally approached by a bulldog of a lady who told me that if my credit card company didn't fix the issue it was no longer their problem.
