2. Based on the reviews I expected a clean, slightly worn-around-the edges hotel offering a decent breakfast, good service located within a 10-15 minute walk to populated side of the Riverwalk.

4. What I got was a FILTHY, run down room, w/ a lovely view of a parking lot & a smelly dumpster, an inedible breakfast, no customer service & at a minimum 20-30 min walk to the decent side of the Riverwalk.
