5. The room, sheets & towels were so dirty that after the 3rd time of receiving worn, holey, towels with other peoples' hair folded into them & a pillow case smeared with someone else's dark heavy makeup I literally took the entire pillow to the front desk & asked the manager on duty if she would sleep on this pillow-of course she said no.
