1. Check out went smooth, but they charge a ridiculous parking fee if you park yourself, which is only slightly cheaper then using valet to park you.

2. The buses for the Disney parks were great, fairly frequent and saves you paying fifteen dollars to park, although the water parks are free.

3. Karl even helped us with luggage at car and walked all the way out to parking lot, carried our bags up to room, double checked our keys and would not accept a tip.

7. Is very close to Downtown Disney, pool looked very nice, bus service to parks was good for the most part, but I am going back to Disney World in June and would not stay at this hotel again.
