1. Yup, that's right they charge you to get your room cleaned and then they don't even show up to do their job.

We loved the location, being at walking distance from Dowtown Disney we went there for dinner everyday after parks, hotel has a 24/7 open store for snacks and beverages, next to the reception it's a Disney ticket counter, a Car Rental desk, Gift Shop, and the bus service to Disney Parks is excelent and free of charge.

7. I paid for an upgrade ahead of time,( view of pool instead of parking lot), but once we arrived there wasn't any availablity, but Jenisis refunded my original upgrade and Linda (manager) made sure we were upgraded free of charge to a better view of the pool.
