4. She was very comforting and made our check-in much more pleasant, but nothing really will ever overcome waiting over 2 hours to check in with an infant and toddler in your party and everybody dying to get to Disney.

7. At check-in I was given a room immediately because I was a Wyndham Rewards member (others were waiting for theirs), check-in was a breeze due to Rafael, the manager came out and greeted me and I was given a packet of information and coupons to use while staying there.
