1. We had a queen and twin bed along with the kitchenette (which was a plus) on the third floor overing the pool and the room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels too.

2. We were unsuccessful in bending their arms to extend our check-out time beyond an extra hour, but they were happy to give us towels and let us lie by the pool until it was time to leave for the airport.

3. Room was well cleaned, no problems with sheets, towels, etc. Am staying here again in a couple of weeks, so will report back if experience is any different.

5. The security guard was amazing and said if we wanted to leave the door propped open he would make sure no one would walk in at night and guard it, he brought a boat load of towels and tried to dry the carpet.
