Things to note - A/C unit in each room - ours was noisy and not too strong; not 'full' maid service each day; no elevators (3 story max); some rooms face out to street (not too pretty); two blocks to beach (easy walk); $4/day fee for safe, coffee, phone added; pool a bit chilly (but ocean is perfect!); sun for about 5 hours/day (10-3) in pool area (but ocean is perfect.
