1. i rated it a 4 because the rate was good though they have raised their rates in the last year and a continuing trend in that direction may make looking at other places useful and this place no longer having frugal ambiance.

2. When you get into the place immediatly you forget to be in the hussle of Waikiki, and if you think the rate you get (130 USD per day for the five of us) there is no doubt that Celebrity Waikiki is a very good choice.
