1. The room (rm 109, 1st floor) was big, king bed (comfy), nice tv, TINY bathroom, view of the alley and wall of the building next door (we couldn't even tell if it was sunny outside), small fridge, safe in the closet.

3. When you enter the hotel you can tell its bad, major construction next door, and south views are of a work site, not really good stuff.
