9. There is no restaurant or bar in this hotel so you will be able to get a good nights sleep ' No lobby noise' The hotel is in a great location one street over from Ocean Drive and the beach is just steps from Ocean so you cant go wrong.

10. Yes there is alot of noise in the area (anything from 10th-13th Street around Collins/Ocean/Washington is going to have this problem - there is construction going on everywhere.
