9. Basically, expect a great location where you can walk everywhere (save money by not having a car) and a room that's small and a little dirty but adequate.

10. The closet and the safe deposit box in the room is a plus, I was moving, carrying some valuables and money, and the safe deposit box in the closet was my salvation.
