3. One thing to make easier is they need a beach towel drop place by the beach and pool rather than trying to get new ones, the maids were always out of them.

4. When we needed towels, housekeeping brought them right away, the maids did a great job cleaning the room, and the guys at the recreation desk (on the beach) were extremely helpful and patient.

6. As I said- the Hotel itself, isn't bad, perfect location,the rooms are average, nice people, nice beach, good price----------but the room service (maids) and ROACHES IS AN ABSOLUTE NO NO.

9. There was not a single employee that did not say hello (ALOHA) when we passed by, especially Joe at the front desk, all security, Juliette the maid, and even Richard the lawn mower and all maintenance workers.
