1. We pay the 5 days with the travel agency but when we arrived here they had 17 $ a day of fee without any reason.

2. The staff/ receptionists were very helpful and nice- we didn't have to pay the extra hotel fee for the last 4 nights---but that still doesn't change the fact that there were roaches in the room.
