3. When they advertise 2 bathrooms, make sure they specify what kind of bathrooms-one of them may not have a tub or shower.

4. Would be a nice place to stay with family as there is ample room and an extra 2 twin beds and long couch, full kitchen, and two full bathrooms (each with shower or tub).
