Some favorite spots: Tahiti Nui (old tiki bar in Hanalei has the best mai tais), Dukes in the Marriott is fun (you walk through gorgeous grounds to get there and a huge koi pond), The Olympic Cafe overlooks Kapaa (fun people watching, great food and fun atmosphere), Hanapepe town has an art walk and hanging bridge over the river, The Wiamea River has kayaking (just follow the kayakers and hike to Secret Falls, bring a sandwich and water and wear your Tevas), The Wiamea Canyon is not to be missed.
