2. The Palms Cliff House did not disappoint--ocean view from our bedroom was spectacular, the bed was so comfortable, the sound of waves and birds (and rooster in the morning!) just added to the most pleasant and relaxing time one could hope for, in a dream-like setting.

3. With the discount, the price was manageable and we felt like royalty with our magical ocean-front view, gourmet breakfast, personal jet-tub, luxurious garden and hot-tub, etc. etc. etc. We planned to only stay one night, but ended up staying for two nights because we didn't want to leave.

4. We stayed in number 8, a large room with a huge jacuzzi tub that overlooked the ocean (there was also a huge shower in the bathroom) furnished with Victorian pieces.
