1. The owners were professional, helpful and friendly, they offered great dining reccomendations and they held all of our luggage for us on our check out day so we could enjoy hilo without worrying about our jeep getting broke into.

2. tables set up where you could use your laptop (wifi at a minimal fee), purchase snack or microwaveable foods (convenient for late arrivals, as the Inn is about 20 minutes from the Hilo area), or check out games/dvds for your use.
