1. Elevators keyed for security, complimentary daily newspaper in the lobby, excellent location within walking distance of mainstream Waikiki sans crowds and noise, convenience store and two restaurants in lobby, laundry facilities, and pool.

2. Few days after being in the hotel, I find out that they were running a 'personal service' in the very bottom floor, which there were a lot of people loitering at night around the lobby area and the lower floors.

7. The employees at the front desk were very nice and very apologetic that they were out of modems ($10 per day) and therefore the only internet was on the (3) public computers directly across from the front desk in the very small lobby.
