3. ) Cons:The water in the shower fluctuates from hot to cold at random regardless of how much you fiddle with the knob, the pain in the bathroom is flaking off, there was a huge blood splatter on our duvet, housekeeping never answered their phone, and the TV remote did not work properly.

4. There were two of us in our room and everyday the housekeeping staff would leave us ONE bath towel, that's it, no wash clothes, no hand towel, just ONE bath towel.
