1. Our room (21st floor) more than met our expectations (having read some previous reviews here) with twin double beds, a clean bathroom, coffee machine, air con and great views across the city.

8. ) Cons:The water in the shower fluctuates from hot to cold at random regardless of how much you fiddle with the knob, the pain in the bathroom is flaking off, there was a huge blood splatter on our duvet, housekeeping never answered their phone, and the TV remote did not work properly.
