7. We were lucky enough to be on the top floor and found the staff really helpful - all except the lady who runs the 'activitys booth' in the Lobby - she was absolutely hopeless and was not at all interested in giving us information about tours/bus availability or shuttle service.

9. There's a cheap shuttle bus from the airport which runs 24 hours a day and will drop you at the hotel, single trip is $9 and trip takes approx 45 mins.
