4. Watch out if you order room service because they add gratuity but it's not terribly clear on the receipt so the first time I added a full tip on top what already had been added.

8. This hotel has comfortable rooms, good food, fast room service,nice views and easy walking to Zoo, International Market place and the beach, we also walked to Ala moana Shopping Center, but if you don't want to walk that far there's a shuttle that comes by the front of the hotel.
